BMP Resorts Received Impressive Upgrades

At Beekman Managed Portfolio, we consistently work on our Resort Development Strategy to ensure that owners enjoy high-quality holiday accommodation. One aspect of this strategy is leveraging ideal locations and upgrading the resort premises for the benefit of owners.

Two of our resorts received amazing upgrades such as the waterpark at The Kingdom Resort which underwent maintenance, and Cayley Mountain Resort received a brand-new swimming pool and the units received splash pools.

Cayley Mountain Resort Received Stunning New Pools

Cayley Mountain Resort, South Africa’s Leading Lifestyle Resort*, underwent several changes by taking advantage of some of the best views in the Berg. An infinity pool with a wooden deck, luxury day beds, and contemporary pool loungers was installed. A new poolside bar serves light beverages and light meals, and is in the perfect location to enjoy the panoramic views of the Cathkin Peak and Champagne Castle ranges.

In addition, the units at this leading lifestyle resort had all the jacuzzis replaced with sparkling splash pools.

The Splash Kingdom Waterpark Reopened After Routine Maintenance

Another resort in BMP’s Home Pool, The Kingdom Resort, utilised the downtime of winter to refurbish the on-site facility, the Splash Kingdom Waterpark. Since the Waterpark’s temporary closure in April until the reopening in October 2022, meticulous maintenance was done to ensure that the facility remains a safe and fun activity that people of all ages can enjoy.

Since its reopening, the Waterpark has seen many families enjoy the fun facility. Coupled with luxury accommodation and the ideal location, just a mere 5km from Sun City, The Kingdom Resort is the destination of choice for many holidaymakers.
