Levies are an essential part of your membership, covering the costs that keep your property in top condition and ensure that your resort experiences remain exceptional. We'll break down what levies include and how to pay them efficiently.

What Are BMP Levies Made Up Of?

BMP levies cover the ongoing operational and maintenance costs of your holiday property and resort. They are designed to make sure your property is well-maintained, your resort stays in excellent condition, and all services are available when you need them.

Here's what your levies typically include:

  • Maintenance & Upkeep: Ensures your resort and holiday property are always in pristine condition. This includes regular inspections, repairs, landscaping and general maintenance.
  • Utilities & Services: Covers essential services such as electricity, water, cleaning and waste management, keeping your resort comfortable and fully operational.
  • Management Fees: Supports our dedicated team in running day-to-day operations, member services and maintaining high-quality resort standards.

By understanding how your levies are structured, you can plan your payments more efficiently and ensure that your membership continues to provide maximum value.

Besides your annual levies and exchange fees (only applicable if you voluntarily exchange your week), no further fees are raised against your account.

How to Pay Your BMP Levies

Paying your levies is simple, secure and designed to fit the way you prefer to manage your membership.

  • Lump Sum Payment: Your annual levy is invoiced on 1 January and is payable within 30 days. If you need your banking details or the exact amount due, our Collections team will gladly email them to you so you can make your payment with ease.
  • Recurring Payments: Once your annual levy has been settled, you're welcome to request a prepaying debit order for the following year. This allows you to spread your levies over 12 equal monthly instalments, a convenient, budget-friendly option that also lets you qualify for a 5% early payment discount, allocated at the end of January.
  • Phone Assistance: If you prefer to chat to someone directly, our friendly BMP Collections team is ready to help. Whether you have a question about levies, want to check an amount or need help setting up your debit order, we're just a call away.
  • BMP Support Portal: While payments cannot be made online, your BMP Support Portal is a helpful space where you can access levy information or submit a support ticket for personalised assistance whenever you need it.

Remember: Your Levy Account is specifically used to pay the levies raised on your week(s). These fees are invoiced annually in January and must be settled within 30 days.
