BMP Home Pool Resorts Planned Upgrades and New Units Available

As the new year progresses, it's the ideal time to reveal the plans that some of our Home Pool resorts have in store to elevate standards in 2023. San Martinho Beach Club, The Kingdom Resort, and Kiara Lodge will all be undergoing refurbishments during the year to ensure that owners at these resorts enjoy amazing holiday experiences. In addition, Monomotapa Village has five new villas available, where owners can indulge in guaranteed, high-quality holidays every year. The various resort upgrades aim to safeguard owners' investments yet at the same time enhance holiday experiences.
Monomotapa Village has new chalets available
Monomotapa Village is a dreamy oasis nestled within Big Five territory, offering a luxurious escape from the mundane.
In December 2022, the resort unveiled five new three-bedroom chalets, providing remarkable opportunities for discerning investors to become Fractional or Timeshare owners at this tranquil Bush resort.
Each unit exudes modern elegance with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area, providing memorable holiday experiences to owners.
4-Star experience reimagined at San Martinho Beach Club
San Martinho Beach Club is looking forward to making a number of upgrades at the resort. First on the list is the upgrade
of Block 38 during Quarter 2 of 2023, which is designed to take the overall aesthetic and functionality to new heights.
The renovations include the installation of new tiles, cupboards, sanware, furniture, and softs such as plush towelling and
bedding.
This picturesque Beach resort will also upgrade the laundry facilities, increase boat storage space, upgrade the security camera system, and improve the sewerage system. In addition, the long-awaited marina construction at the resort will kick off this year, with a limited number of purchase opportunities available.
Several upgrades are planned at The Kingdom Resort
This incredible Bush resort is planning to enhance its premises and facilities by upgrading the Jungle Zone and Acacia
Zone. The Jungle Zone will receive two new swimming pools (one of which will be temperature-controlled) and a brand-
new Jungle Café. The new café will be built adjacent to the existing Jungle Bar, and provide guests with light meals and
delicious beverages.
In addition, the Acacia Terrace Café, located in the Acacia Zone, will also be extended and refurbished to accommodate more patrons. During the renovation process of the Acacia terrace Café, the new Jungle Café will continue catering light meals.
Upgrades to Kiara Lodge elevate the standards to a new level
As a resort within the BMP Home Pool, Kiara Lodge takes pride in ensuring that every guest's stay at the resort is nothing
short of extraordinary. To realise this goal of achieving impeccable standards, the sewerage and fire systems will be
upgraded to ensure that all the facilities meet the highest level of safety, sanitation, and comfort. In addition, the
curtains and blankets will be replaced, providing a fresh new look, all aimed at ensuring that owners experience the
epitome of comfort and luxury during their stay at the resort.
