SECTIONAL TITLE OWNERSHIP INVESTORS CLUB FOR THE DISCERNING INVESTOR Profile: Owns the unit/s outright Sectional Title ownership is a convenient way for individuals, businesses and syndicates to own and use a resort accommodation unit for a defined period each year. Sectional Title shares at a resort are typically purchased as a personal or corporate investment, which can be utilised each year either for holidays, staff incentive or capital returns purposes. Sectional Title ownership of our resorts, whether as a complete unit or as an individual suite therein, is outright ownership, with each owner possessing a title deed. HOW DOES SECTIONAL TITLE OWNERSHIP WORK? Investors are able to purchase an entire Villa on a Sectional Title full ownership basis. The spacious and beautifully finished 3 or 4 bedroom Villas at one of our various premier developments offer excellent investment return potential and unsurpassed luxury holidays for you and your family. You get access to 14 weeks for personal use and full access to facilities with your investment. Alternatively, you can use any of these 14 weeks to either exchange into other BMP resorts, exchange into other local and international resorts, or place additional weeks in the rental pool to generate income. Knowing that you purchased your unit mainly as an investment, it is automatically released to the rental pool 9 months prior to occupation, unless your instructions provide otherwise. This is to ensure optimal rental return. INVESTMENTS THAT PAY Any unused weeks can be put into our rental pool from which income may be generated. The rental pool is very simple: we promote available units through various marketing efforts to achieve a high occupation rate, and at the end of each occupation month, we take the income for each of the same sized units at each resort and pool the revenue. We deduct commission and distribute the balance to all owners based on the total number of days their unit was available to the pool.
